Negative: Bed is very uncomfortable. Didn’t clean the apartment every day which isn’t great especially with sand etc.

Negative: Unfortunately, there were cockroaches at the time of our stay. From the day we checked in, there were the small ones (1-2cm) in the shower mainly (which we didn't care that much, so we didn't mention it to the receptionist). On the last day of our stay we had a massive one though, in the kitchenette area, and called the receptionist immediately to deal with the situation. As we were supposed to leave early morning, we wanted to change rooms (because the cockroach was not eliminated, it went behind the counter, even though the receptionist tried to get rid of it using some kind of spray, which contaminated everything that was on the counter like our water bottles and so on),and we were told there were no rooms available for change. Then, after a few minutes the receptionist said that there was a room at the ground level, which we decided to not accept and eventually we left for the airport that evening and waited there (early flight)I am just so happy that is was the last day and we could leave. Can't imagine having to sleep in that room knowing massive cockroaches (6-7cm?) were there. I don't think I have ever made a complaint about anything in my life, I always try to seek the best in each and every situation, especially when traveling, since I know how difficult keeping everything around hotels in order may be, but this situation was so off putting... In my opinion, saying things like "this is normal, we have cockroaches, you have to take that into consideration when traveling to such countries is not okay. I lived in the south of Spain for 7 months and has never ever came across cockroaches.
